| ● ジャン・テヴネ率いるとても秀逸なボングランのマコンが到着です。ダニエル・バローも有りますので何かマコン特集のような．．新着です。しかも全くタイプが違うので、これの比較も楽しいですよ。鈍角な柔らかさの有るマシュマロ的ダニエル・バローに対し、鋭角的な切り口、切れ味のある、「斬鉄剣」（判るかなぁ〜．．世代が違うと通用しないかも．．）的ボングランです。 |

【 切れ味鋭く、どこか貴腐のニュアンスを感じさせるフラワリーでミネラリーな秀逸マコンです！】
斬鉄剣的マコン＝ヴィラージュです．．．(笑) まるで「ハガネ・日本刀」のように感じられる凝縮感が奥に潜んでいます。そして、グラスから立ち上るフラワリーなミネラルには、何と貴腐のニュアンスが漏れてきます。
抜栓直後は、その凝縮感たる刀を構えたサムライが上段に構えているようで、袈裟懸けに切られるか、そう見せておいて突かれるか、と、冷や冷やしてしまいます。その刀はおそらく名の有る刀で、仮に売りに出せば、高い値が付くに違い有りません。
ところが、その刃は余りに研ぎ澄まされていて切れすぎ、また、妖剣のように近くのものを引き寄せてしまうようです。危ないったらありゃしないのですが、その妖しい魅力は何と言っても「貴腐」のニュアンスです。
止めろ、と自分で言っておきながら、滅茶苦茶な例えを持ち出してしまいました。すみません．．。現状は抜栓直後のバランスは硬いために今ひとつ．．です。が、間違いなく名刀の輝きを持っています。２〜３時間もすると、貴腐のニュアンスにミネラル、白〜黄色の花・フルーツ、石、ハーブが出てきます。また、ボディも徐々に膨らみを見せますので、
「お、ようやくかな？」
と、楽しむことが出来るでしょう。ここまで鉄板のような硬さを見せるマコンは無いでしょうね。ポテンシャル充分にして飲み頃はもう少し先、という結論に達しました。（何故かアドヴォケイトととは、違った見方になります）

The 2001 Macon-Villages Tradition (Domaine de la Bongran) is even better than I
predicted a year ago. It bursts from the glass with deep, spicy aromas of herbal
teas. This rich, light to medium-bodied wine is packed with liquefied rocks,
resin-laced minerals, and pears. Flint can be found in its long, highly
expressive, supple finish. Projected maturity: now-2009.

【 とても希少なキュヴェ・ボトリティス．．残りがいつの間にか１本です】
残りの１本は売らずに取っておこう．．と思っていましたが、売れないことを希望しながら？？の販売です。名前の通り、４回の１０月を経た貴腐ワインです。飲んでないので判りませんが、おそらく極甘口です。（ちなみにアドヴォケイト誌は
A dry white table wine と言っています）

Candied lemons, minerals, and tropical fruits are found in its exceptionally
well-focused and persistent, medium-bodied character. This is late harvest
