もトレでした。】
まあ、飲んでみなんしょ、としか言えません。味わいは上記で書いてしまいました。それで外れは有りません。このワインの伸びやかさは、美しい多量のミネラルに支えられているおかげだと思います。それでも良く有りがちなマイナス面「甘み」です。ところがこのワインには妙な甘さが全く無く、美しく完全発酵しています。それが長期熟成をも可能にしているんですね。
「温暖なサルディーニャのワインにフィネスを感じる訳がない」
と思われているなら、それは大きな間違いです。飲んだ方だけが判る．．んですね。
そもそも、あんまりアルジョラスのコラムに文字を書かなかったのは、売れすぎると困ると．．思っていたからです。今回の2000年はまだテイスティングしていませんが、間違いの無いワインなんですね。お薦めです。

ボバル、カリニャン、カンノナウという変わったセパージュですが、総体バランスとして、良いカベルネを飲んでいるような気にさせるコーレムです。しなやかさと凝縮感を両立し、質の良さは抜群。トゥーリガのセカンドとは言えないし、おそらくそうでは無いのでしょう。
今回はテイスティングが間に合わなかったのでご紹介のみに留めておきます。数が無いので気になる方はお早めに．．！

また味わいは全く違うにしても、ブルゴーニュの上級ピノ・ノアールのようなフィネスを持ったワインですから、海外の評論家の方から９５点以上のクラシックなポイントを戴くことは有り得ません。（
うっ．．） が、飲んだら判るその美しさ！しかも今回は、最新ヴィンテージの９９年はじめ、９４年、９５年、９７年とご紹介です。９４年は．．出来れば再度飲んでみたいですね。興味のある方へ。

Healthy deep red-ruby. Perfumed aromas of redcurrant,
blackberry, eucalyptus and spice. Fresh, penetrating and intensely flavored,
with dark chocolate and mocha notes complicating the berry flavors. Tight core
of spice contributes to the impression of structure. Strong but harmonious
acidity. Finishes quite spicy, with supple tannins. Built to age. (Winebow)

Proprietary Blend (a dry red table wine)
The 1995 Turriga exhibits abundant quantities of toasty, new French oak in its
lavishly wooded nose. Competing with the oak are black cherry and berry notes.
In the mouth, the wine is medium to full-bodied, ripe, and
internationally-styled, with a compressed, dry, tannic finish. Although very
good, it is not quite up to previous vintages. Drink it over the next 4-5 years.

Blackish ruby with purple highlights. Blackberry and
blueberry fruit notes on the nose, along with sandalwood and dark chocolate;
offers impressive aromatic impact. Massive and structured on the palate, with
sweet flavors of blackberry, mocha and toasted oak. The tannins are still
evolving but there no sense of roughness. Offers superb potential. 92

The 1999 Turriga is one of the best examples yet of this wine, a standard-bearer
for Italy’s south for well over a decade. A blend of Cannonau, Carignano, Bovale
and Malvasia Nera, with the latter three grapes supplying ? like Syrah and
Mourvedre in southern France ? tannins and color in support of the Grenache, its
high-intensity nose of plum jam and macerated cherries, lavender, and
Mediteranean herbs is followed by rich, ripe, and velvety flavors, warmly
alcoholic, caressing in texture, and long and resonant on the finish and
aftertaste. Drink: 2005-2018.
The largest private estate making quality
wine in Sardinia, Argiolas received its original impetus from the counsels of
Giacomo Tachis, at the time the chief oenologist of Antinori and creator of both
Tignanello and Sassicaia. The line is now larger and more complete but quality,
if anything, has further improved, and these are essential wines for those
looking to discover what the wines and viticulture of Sardinia are all
about.
