● noisy も大好きなアルターレの正規品が極少量入荷いたしました。
「バローロ系は高くて．．」
と思われるのも判りますが、飲んでみれば納得していただけるのがアルターレです。noisy などは、何としてでも、バルベーラ・ダスティでいいから１０ケースくらい欲しい！といつも願っています。
バリックを使用し、比較的早くからこなれるような造りをしていますが、彼のワインはテロワール、ヴィンテージを見事に表現していますね。垂涎のワイン群です。 |

【実に美味しい．．質感高いバローロです！リアルワインガイド第9号 90-92 いただきました！】
noisy の場合、このアルターレのバローロ（ラ・モッラ）とシンプルなバルベーラ・ダスティには、我を忘れて高い点を付けてしまうようで．．(^_^;;
今までに何度か有ったＲＷＧのブラインド・テイスティングでも、常に高いポイントを付けています。
まあ、有る意味これはとても凄いことで．．（自画自賛！．．ちょっと言い訳！)
いつも変わらずそうできるので有れば、「正しい！」ということになってしまいます。最も
noisy的 に、という部分での話です。
ですから、
「 noisy 的な部分が妙に肌に合う」方でしたら、このバローロは実に素晴らしいと思っていただけるんじゃないかと思います。アルボリーナも旨いですが、こと２０００年に限っては、このバローロもホントに素晴らしかったです。
ちなみにＲＷＧ第9号 は 今飲んで 90 ポテンシャル 92 飲み頃予想 2007-2020
という結果でしたが、当然ながら noisy のポイントはもっと高かった！（はずです)ですし、飲み頃は
今から だったはずです。単に味わいというよりも 質感ですね。香りとボディの質感の高さをどのように評価するかで．．かなり変わってくると思います。
エリオ・アルターレやルチアーノ・サンドローネの秀逸なピエモンテ酒は、味わおうとすればそれなりのコストが掛かります。しかしながら、それ以上に応えてくれるポテンシャルを持っていると確信しています。まだまだ飲まれた方が少ないワインだと思いますよ。noisy
のところでは、時々ご案内できるような状況ですが、他ではまず見ないか、有っても滅茶苦茶高いはずです。グレートな2000年のバローロ．．．是非飲んでみてください。コストの絶対値は高いですがお薦めいたします。
2000 Elio Altare Barolo
($70) Medium red. Expressive, woodsy aromas of mocha,
brown spices, dried flowers, marzipan and underbrush. Sweet, supple and
impressively concentrated for a Barolo normale, with rather forward red berry
and tobacco flavors. No lack of balancing acidity. Resounding finish features
very good length and smooth tannins.

【これも絶品でした！ガンベロ・ロッソもトレ・ビッキエーリ！】
タンザーさんのレヴューの変遷を見てください。2002年のバレル・テイスティングでは
90-93 だったのが、2004年には 94Points とアップしています。タンザーさんはその時点での評価をする方、と理解していますが、後になってからアップしたというのは余り見ません。
実際、noisy も 1999年のヴィニェート・アルボリーナを昨年イタリアンに持ち込んで飲ませていただきましたが、シルクのようなテクスチュアとアロマティックな誘惑に、
「おおっ」
とか
「おわっ」
など意味不明なつぶやきとともに頬が緩みっぱなし．．徐々に声は大きくなるしで．．ご迷惑をお掛けいたしました。
良いワインに出会ったときの感動は、決して忘れないものです。そしてそのシュチュエーションも細かに同居して覚えていますね。是非、友人や家族とご一緒に楽しんでください。その場面が、きっと忘れられない思い出になると思います。noisyにとっては、
「え？タンザーさん．．たったの94点なの？」
と言いたい．．素晴らしいバローロです。出来るならあと半年〜１年ほど置いてください。
2000 Elio Altare Barolo Vigneto Arborina
Deep red-ruby, more saturated than the Brunate. Deep, brooding, very pure nose combines cherry, black plum, menthol, tobacco and smoke; distinctly liqueur-like cherry aspect. Large-scaled, powerful and long, but with more aggressive oak tannins showing here than in the Brunate. Can't quite match the Brunate for class.

aromas of plum, menthol, mocha and spices; less forthcoming than the normale
Then layered and sweet in the mouth, with glossy red fruit and mocha flavors and
a texture like liquid velvet. Wonderfully long and fine on the back end, with
big but rich tannins and great finesse. One of the Barolo stars of the vintage.

【正規品・新ヴィンテージの登場です！】
飲めるものなら飲みたいですが、数がないので現状は諦めています。葡萄はバローロ・アルボリーナと変わりませんが、38カ月の熟成を余儀なくされるバローロの規定を離れて、アルターレがアルボリーナを自分なりに表現しているワインであると思います。極少量。
2001 Elio Altare Vigna Arborina
($85; nebbiolo) Deep red. Exotic cherry liqueur on
the nose, with subtle flowers and spices. Lush, mellow and rich; a step beyond
the Larigi and La Villa in thickness and breadth on the palate. Finishes with
noble, fine-grained tannins and superb sappy persistence. Utterly seamless
nebbiolo.

【正規品・新ヴィンテージの登場です！】
この「ラ・ヴィッラ」もアルターレならではのワインです。アルターレのバルベーラに対する思い入れは半端では有りません。また、ネッビオーロも同様です。その彼が、バルベーラとネッビオーロを使用して自分自身を表現しているワインだと想像しています。考えてもみてください、アルターレのアルボリーナとラリジのブレンドですよ．．。2001年は長熟な仕上がりになっていると思われます。
2001 Elio Altare La Villa
($85; a blend of nebbiolo and barbera) Medium
ruby-red. Deeply pitched aromas of currant, coffee, licorice and oak, with a
slight liqueur-like quality. Then lush and sweet in the mouth but still a bit
youthfully closed, even disjointed. ("This blend is neither fish nor meat," says
Altare. "Its elements need time to harmonize.") Hints of licorice and leather.
Finishes with more obvious tannic backbone than the Larigi.

| とってもグレートな９７年です。とっておきです．．．マグナムです．ネッビオーロ、バルベーラ、ドルチェットにカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンをブレンド。バローロボーイズで「いっしょ」のエチケットで出しています。正規の量はとても少なく、ことにアルターレは１２本とか６本とか．．。「売れる量じゃないので売らない」そうです。今回は市場から調達しています。ワイナート誌で取り上げられてからというもの、ちょくちょく入荷を聞かれていますが、何せ数がないので困った物です．．。． |

【アルターレの基本のひとつ、バローロ・ラ・モッラ３連発！】
９９年 バローロ・ラ・モッラのテイスティング・レヴューを新発売のリアルワインガイド第５号に記しました。最近は古いものを飲んだっきりで、リリース直後のものは久しぶりです。端正なお姿に、目がうるうるきちゃいました．．。
彼のバローロは固いので時間を置いた方が良いというイメージが強かったのだが、その固さの中にも圧倒的構造美を見出し、今でさえ充分に旨いと思ってしまった。要素の全てが正しいほうを向き端正でピュアに仕上がっているから、眉間にしわを寄せながら厳しいタンニンと格闘することは無い。ブルゴーニュ・トップの自然派とも共通する風味を感じた。参加テイスターの高評価揃いは言うまでもないが、この美しさを理解できない海外メディアの存在は淋しい限りである。

P.S.飲みました．．。素晴らしい！ピュアな果実香とベルベッティで肉厚な舌触り、実に質の良い余韻が長く続く極旨ワインでした．．。ちょっと早いとは言え、試飲時ではポテンシャルを汲むのになんの障害もありません。カンティーナを始めるに当たり、ブルゴーニュを旅したアルターレは、おそらくアンリ・ジャイエもご存じでしょう。何故か彷彿させてくれました．．(^．^

Saturated ruby-red. Explosive, multidimensional nose
melds vibrant red fruits, roast coffee, minerals and dark chocolate. Like liquid
velvet in the mouth, but given shape by its firm mineral edge. A wave of red
fruits saturates the palate. Finishes with great sweetness and palate-coating,
even tannins that grew with aeration. This may well be tastable early but should
gain in bottle for a decade or more. 93-96 points

The 1998 Barolo Arborina boasts a glorious perfume of overripe black cherries
intertwined with Asian spices, new oak, and flowers. Layered, gorgeously
concentrated, superbly balanced and seamless, with fabulous fruit, good
underlying tannin, and a long, 40+ second finish, it can be drunk now and over
the next 15 years.

The 1999 Barolo Arborina is from the estate’s home vineyard and is a beauty.
Potent and expressive in aroma, with ample notes of tar, anisette, and sweet
fruit, it is very solid and long, almost traditional in its firm tannins, but is
polished, plush, and graceful as well. Anticipated maturity: 2005-2018.

これに関しては、noisyも飲んだことが有りません。凄い評価を見てぶっ飛ばないでくださいね。おそらく控えめな数字だと．．思います。
1998 Elio Altare Barolo Brunate
Bright, deep red-ruby. Knockout perfumed aromas of
cherry, raspberry, espresso and flowers. Sappy berry and floral flavors show
great firmness and verve, yet the texture is pure silk. The big, ripe tannins
are buried in fruit on the extraordinarily long, expanding aftertaste. Should be
among the high points of the vintage. Altare rents these vines from Mario
Marengo, producing about four barrels of wine in an average year. 94-97
points

Nebbiolo (a dry red table wine)
The dark ruby/plum-colored 1998 Barolo Brunate exhibits a smoky, mineral, jammy
strawberry and black cherry-scented nose with notions of leather, pain grille,
and spice box. The wine has fabulously well-integrated wood, tannin, and acidity
in addition to a complex, layered mid-palate and finish. The outstanding
balance, purity, and seamlessness are immensely admirable. Enjoy this 1998
Barolo over the next 12-15 years.

このりンシエーメは「みんな一緒に」という意味です。アルターレを含めて７人の造り手が同じエチケッタでリリースしていますが、一番人気はやっぱりアルターレでしょうか．．。
カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン、ネッビオーロ、バルベーラ、ドルチェットをセパージュしているようです。９７年は９６点、９８年は９４点というアドヴォケイトの評価でした。毎年何とか仕入れるものの、正規は１〜２本という数量ですのでとってもテイスティング出来ません。
