● ロベール・グロフィエ2005年です。その昔は一生懸命・・いや、それなりに頑張って売ろうとした生産者の一人です。美味しかったのにさほど売れない時代が懐かしいですが、2004年も全然売れなかったしなぁ・・・などと考えていると、今回の入荷量と価格には寂しいものがあります。まあ、そうは問屋が卸さない・・・とはよく言ったものです。
と言うわけで、余りに少ない本数のため、飲むのを止めようと思ったのですが、それでも長年に渡って扱わせていただいたドメーヌですから、何とかブルゴーニュ・ピノ・ノアールだけは飲みました。
コラムに沢山文字を書く気がまったく起きないので、ここで書かせていただきますが、2005年のブルゴーニュの、凝縮しているのに冷たい、とても美味しい果実酸を感じました。一昔前の、ちょっとピーキーでジャミーなやや甘い果実味は消え、ほどよく脱力し、達観したような包容力を身につけていました。まあ、そうは言っても、少し置いてから飲むのが正解です。

アドヴォケイト誌 89 Points という評価です。noisy も一生懸命お勧めさせていただいたフィリップ・パカレの2005年ラヴォー・サン＝ジャック
に96点の評価を与えた David Schildknecht さんには、ちょっと近しいものを感じてしまいましたが、2005年シャルム＝シャンベルタンに94点を付けていますので、どうやらこの方は、ワインの持つ本来のポテンシャル点、熟成による成長をあまり考慮に入れていないように思います。素人じゃないんだから・・・ね。でも、今でも美味しいのは間違いなさそうです。

● ロベール･グロフィエの最新作、2004年が到着しています。到着直後のため．．というより、余り数が無いので、テイスティングコメントは無し．．ご興味の有る方、ご検討くださいませ。
ロベール・グロフィエはモレ・サン＝ドニに本拠を置く、傑出した造り手です。皆さんはどのように思われているのか判りませんが、ドメーヌ・ルーミエ風の造りで果実味がしっかり出た旨いシャンボールを造ります。
まあ、モレに本拠を置きながらもシャンボールのワインが多いという、ちょっと不思議なドメーヌです。フラッグ・シップのクロ・ド・ベズは言うに及ばず、ボンヌ＝マール、レ・ザムルーズは傑出、レ・センティエは価格以上のポテンシャルを持っています。チェリー・ベリーの風味が効いた旨いシャンボールです。 |

Beze
Good full, bright red. Knockout nose combines wild
red berries and game. Dry but rich, with densely packed, penetrating, sappy
flavors of wild fruits, crushed stone and minerals. This boasts very good fat
and yet there's an impression of lightness and verve. The round tannins here
resemble those of the Amoureuses. Very long and floral on the back, with no
bitterness showing. This will reward seven or eight years of cellaring. 91-94
points

Good deep red. Complex nose combines blueberry,
mocha, espresso, licorice and pepper. Fine-grained but tightly coiled, with
noteworthy energy to its brooding, medicinal flavors of black fruits and dark
chocolate. This offers excellent verve and firm tannins that avoid hardness.
Here, too, there's a slight youthful bitterness. 90-93 points

spices and white pepper on the nose; a distinct step up in aromatic complexity
and phenolic ripeness. Sweet, suave and primary, with precise flavors of dark
fruits and flowers. This combines power and elegance and finishes fresh, fruity,
subtle and long. 89-93 points

飲んでないので．．余り書くことがありません。タンザーさんを見る限りでは、かなり良いんではないかな？と思っています。2004年のようなヴィンテージは、96点以上の評価が出ることは考えにくいですが、noisy的には今のところ、古典的なブルゴーニュのグレートな年になると考えています。数年経ったら判るでしょう。
ところで店内が余りに寒いのでジャンバーなど作ってしまいました．．刺繍のネーム入れです。
これは noisy専用．．というか、店員用で noisy's blue のカラー、袖のところに
NOISY's と入っています。首までしめると結構暖かく動きやすいです。ん？そんなことばっかやってるから新着が遅くなるんだ．．って？
スンマソン．．ちなみにお客様用も作っちゃいました。こちらはやや薄めの素材で、動きやすくしてあります。上から引っ掛けで着られるように、大き目のサイズです。
色はやや明るめのブルーで、胸に NOISY'S WINE SELECTS と入っています。む．．．全然関係の無いコラムになってしまった．．どこかのブログ風ですね。たまにはこういうのも面白いかも．．見てみたい方はどうぞご来店下さいね。

Sentiers
Moderately saturated medium red. Musky, primary aroma
dominated by raspberry. Then quite closed and unforthcoming on the palate, with
an almost Bonnes-Mares-like peppery austerity and harder tannins giving the
finish a youthfully bitter quality. Less sweet than the Haut-Doix. This will
need more time in bottle than the Haut-Doix. 88-90 points

【２００２年ロベール・グロフィエのトップ評価ワインです】
華やかでミネラリーなシャンボールにあって、もっとも力強いワインがこの「ボンヌ＝マール」と言われています。グロフィエさんのパーセルはルーミエさんと同様、北よりに位置しています。香しく力強いグランクリュですが、日本では今ひとつの人気、ということで価格も現状は安く押さえられています。この先は残念ながらどう考えても２万円を超える動きに成って行くと思います。
2002 Domaine Robert Groffier Bonnes Mares
(13.8% natural alcohol) Deep red. Explosive aromas of redcurrant, plum,
blueberry and mocha, with the insinuating smoky/vegetal aspect typical
of this grand cru. Fat, thick and sweet but with lovely inner-palate energy.
More spicy and less animal than usual for this cuvee, with hints of blood
orange and peony. Very creamy, slow-building finish shows excellent pungent
cut. 92-95 points

($165) Dee p red. Pure, sappy, complex aromas of wild red berries, mocha,
menthol, wild herbs, cardamom and mace; very Bonnes-Mares. Sweet, chewy
and deep, with lovely flavor definition and grip. Very rich but classically
dry. Wonderfully sweet, expanding finish shows very fine tannins and is
lifted by a menthol note. The supple, suave texture and fullness of this
grand cru is testament to the Groffiers' vineyard work. 92(+?)

Medium red. Musky aromas of roasted red fruits,
smoke, mint, licorice and earth; sappy and complex. Fat, pure and silky, with
mineral and herbal nuances leavening the wine's sweetness. Very long,
slow-mounting finish features very fine tannins. 91-94 points

berries, mocha, smoke and earth; quite ripe and perhaps less floral than usual.
Sweet on entry, then firmer, less pliant, more mineral than the foregoing
samples. Very elegantly styled, but today this rather reserved wine shows less
volume than the Sentiers. Best on the broad back end, which features dusty but
fine tannins and notes of spice and mint. Serge says the wine is better than
this bottle is showing. 91(+?) points

いやあ、タンザーさんをして
「ザムルーズよりもクラシックだ！」
「ヴィンテージの最高のワイン！」
と絶賛の言葉が、幾分にも震えているように見えるのは
noisy だけでしょうか．．。まあ、彼らはそうそうピノノアールに高い点数を付けられない性分なのを理解しましょうね．．。
とは言えnoisy も、本当に美味しいワインに出会ったときには、言葉が出てこない、もしくは考えた言葉で讃えることさえ汚しているような気持ちになることが有ります。タンザーさんの少ない文字・言葉を見てくださいね。簡単な言葉で絶賛しているのが判ると思いますよ．．。noisy
は飲んでいないので．．＊丸さん、テイスティングじゃなくて飲んでみたいものですね．．

Robert) Full ruby-red. Very dark aromas of
black cherry, blackberry, licorice and rose
petal. Penetrating and pure, with lovely
precision and a note of dark chocolate. More
classic than the Amoureuses. Finishes with
real class and grip. Superb for the vintage.

【意外にもこれが大穴なんです．．】
グランクリュ・ボンヌ＝マール直下に有る１級畑の「レ・サンティエ」は、ラズベリー、鉱石、スパイスの香る、シャンボールとすれば比較大柄で早く飲める大穴ワインです。ザムルーズも良いですがかなり高いですよね。
良く熟した２００２年は、タンザーさんのレヴューの中にも「モカ」なんて言葉が入っているくらいですので、かなり素晴らしいのじゃないかと．．期待しています。

Medium-deep red. Sexy, sappy aromas of briary
raspberry, blood orange and mocha. A step up in sweetness and texture from the
Haut-Doix (this vineyard is on the Morey border), with more exotic, full-blown
flavors of red berries, mocha and spices. Fleshy, superripe and sensual, and
showing very well already. 90-93 points
