| ●新樽の魔術師？「クリスチャン・セラファン」さんの、偉大な９６年と９７年のジュヴレ・シャンベルタンを販売します。今となっては９６年産は手に入れたいが、品物が無い状況ですね。現状では９８，９９年があまり当てにならないヴィンテージなので、今後のためにいかがでしょうか？勿論今すぐお飲みに成らない方が良いとは思います。新樽の影響を吸収して彼独特の味わいに表情が出てくるまでは、少し時間が必要でしょう。 |

【今の所飲んでないので．．判りませんが．． 】
最近はトンと噂にも成らず、寂しい気持ちで一杯です。ミネラリーできめ細かく、繊細なワインだが、美味しくなるのに
少しだけ時間が掛かるタイプです。平たく言えば、
「早い内は硬い」
ので、人を寄せ付けないような時も有ります。
ところが一端良い状態になると、その時間は長く続く訳で、有る意味では古典的なんでしょうね。その当たりが
noisy自身好きな一面で有るわけです。
久しぶりにアドヴォケイトのページを見てみると．．おやおや、結構まともに書いてあるじゃあ無いの．．と思ってしまいました。
90-92 点 で飲み頃が 2001〜2008 なら滅茶苦茶は外れていないでしょう。（最後の2008は余計ですが．．）
ちなみにこのレ・フォントニーという畑は レ・リュショットの北側に接する畑ですから長熟さは定評が有ります。しかもセラファンの畑は樹齢が４０年超．．ミネラル溢れる繊細な味わいなんです。まあ、そんなには売れないと思ってますので、落ち着いたら飲んでみようかと．．。浮いた果実味たっぷりの濃いタイプに飽きた方がエレガントで質実なピノに戻ってくるかと思いきや．．どこかに居なくなってしまったような気がしているのは
noisy だけでしょうか。こんなところも寂しい気持ちで一杯です。

Very reduced on the nose. More impression of acidity
and structure here, and less obviously sweet than the Corbeaux. Dense, layered
and quite long, with a stronger tannic structure. 88-92 points

Good ruby-red. Sweeter but more withdrawn on the
nose. Intense dark berry, black cherry and licorice flavors. More backward and
showing less fat today, but this extremely youthful wine boasts terrific
concentration and underlying structure. Finishes very long and subtle. Bottle
aging should bring a fleshier palate feel. 91(+?) points

Crafted from 40 year old vines, this wine is dark-colored and possesses an
expressive nose of violets, cassis, and blueberries. This broad, concentrated,
extracted, and exceptional wine is crammed with layer after layer of fresh,
splendidly ripe cassis and black cherries. Its long supple finish is
intermingled with stones and minerals. Projected maturity: 2001-2008.

「フォントニ」と言えば、ロティさんと張り合っている？？セラファンさんのプルミエですね。「リュショット・シャンベルタン」の北隣にある優れた畑です。フォントニ数少ないワインです．．．<--(^^;;親爺ギャグ．．．
いい加減、そろそろ旨くなっていると思いますよ。

Good red-ruby, not as saturated as the last two
samples. Sappier cherry and smoke aroma. Thick, lush and round, with the soft
acids of the vintage. Finishes fat and ripe, with the lush tannins buried in
fruit. 87-90 points
