長い熟成によって初めてその真価を発揮するのがこのクロ・ド・ラ・ロシュです。ＰＫさんは、
「ジョセフ・ドルーアンのクロ・ド・ラ・ロシュにはいつも心が動かされない」
とその昔書いていましたが、目先の果実味を求める向きには理解しがたいワインでしょう。20年近く経った今でさえ、飲み頃では無いかもしれません。後3年我慢して、20歳のこのワインを楽しんでみたらいかがでしょうか？今となっては滅茶苦茶安い価格だと思います。

The Clos de la Roche is tannic and closed with very spicy,
earthy flavors. Its toughness gave me some concern about its overall harmony,
and the tannins may prove to be excessive for the amount of fruit.
Drouhin's oenologist told me the tannin and acidity levels of the wines
were higher in 1988 than in 1985, but my tastings made me think otherwise.
Perhaps as this wine recovers from bottle shock it will show more structure and
acidity, and will be a more worthy candidate for long-term aging.

Amoureuses
($83) Full red-ruby. Tangy aromas of raspberry
and chocolate. Silky and fleshy, with nicely
integrated acidity. Already quite aromatic
in the mouth, with a flavor of black raspberry.
Classy and nuanced. Finishes quite long,
with fine, horizontal tannins and noteworthy
delicacy. 89-92 points

【こちらもドメーヌ元詰めです。】
ボーヌの南端に位置し、ポマールの一級畑と地続きの、ル・クロ・デ・ムーシュ・ルージュです。９９年は良いと思いますよ．．。この当たりのボーヌ南側の畑とポマールの一級畑は、赤スグリっぽい香りが強く有るものが多いんですよね．．。ただ若い内、ものによっては結構強烈に出てくることが有って、慣れてないと「ちょっとおかしな香りがする」なんて．．．言わないように気を付けないと．．ね．。熟してくると、とってもいい感じになるんですよ．．。

Deep, bright ruby-red. Complex nose combines
dark berries, licorice, spices, leather and
smoked meat. Bright, concentrated, dense
and deep; unusually silky and powerful for
this cuvee Complicating animal aspect. Finishes
with big, dusty tannins and very good length.
A very strong vintage for this wine. 89-92 points
